call the police when:
- There is an
injury or fatality.
- One of the drivers
appears to be intoxicated.
- One
of the vehicles cannot be moved.

You should move
your move your vehicle when:
- There are no
injuries.
- Your vehicle
is still able to be safely driven, the law requires
you to move it out of the flow of traffic.
