Do not cross the double yellow line to pass. Stay in your
lane as much as possible, and use your turn signals to
alert other drivers when you decide to change lanes. If
you are driving slower, keep in the right-hand lane. The
dashed white lines separating traffic going in the same
direction indicate it is permissible to change lanes.
If the white line is solid then you should stay in your
lane.
