This nighttime collision involved a tractor-trailer turning left onto a driveway from a rural highway. A car came over the top of a hill and struck the trailer's right rear and spun into oncoming traffic. The driver of the tractor-trailer was charged with "Failure to Yield Right-of-Way - Left Turn". The driver of the car was 70 years old and had to contend with confusing reflective materials, a hill and a dark highway. No charges were filed against the driver of the car.
