When you have completed the course you will be asked to fill out a course evaluation form. You are not required to fill out the form and your Certificate of Completion will be sent regardless of whether you complete the form or not. Evaluating the program will assist us in improving our course, and will also assist the Texas Education Agency in evaluating the quality of our program.
