- The STUDENT INFORMATION FORM must be accurate and
include:
a. Your current mailing address (not necessarily the
address on your lisence)
b. The identity of the court that has jurisdiction of
your case (exactly as it is written on your citation)
c. The name of the Judge, Justice of the Peace, or City
and Municipal Court
d. All of the above.
- Unless you arrange for an earlier delivery, your
certificate will be MAILED TO YOU within:
a. 3 calendar days
b. 21 calendar days
c. 1 year
