Merging traffic must be careful not to cut-off motorcycles in traffic. Due to it's thin profile, a motorcycle will often cross into a vehicles blind spot.

Look out for and anticipate a motorcycles movements, scan the road ahead and give them plenty of space on the road. Signal your intentions and if there is a hazard ahead give them even more room to slow or swerve.
