The driver of a vehicle on an access
or frontage road of a controlled-access highway shall
yield the right-of-way to:
a. Vehicles entering or about
to enter the road from the highway.
b. Vehicles leaving or about to leave the road to enter
the highway.
c. All vehicles.

On a roadway divided into three
(3) or more lanes providing for one-way movement, the
vehicle in the left-most lane:
- Has the right-of-way.
- Needs to turn right.
- Must stop for traffic to the
right.
- Doesn't need to signal when
turning right.
When driving on a single or two-lane
road you must yield to:
- Vehicles traveling on a roadway
with two or less lanes.
- Vehicles traveling on a divided
street or roadway.
- Vehicles approaching from the
rear.
- None of the above
People on foot, on skates or skateboards,
tricycles, quadricycles, in wheelchairs, and all persons
with a guide dog or a white cane should all be given the
right-of-way:
- Never
- If you are in the left lane.
- Always
- If they enter the intersection
first.
