Warning Signs
Most warning signs are yellow and
shaped like a diamond. Texas Law requires that when you
see a warning sign, read it and obey the instructions
implied in the message. Texas Law also requires that all
highway signs be observed and obeyed. Doing so can prevent
collisions and injury. Many road signs warn you to slow
down or watch for hazards such as curves, intersections
and pedestrians and ahead. Some common warning signs are
shown below:
Passing Signs
Merging Signs - means that another
lane of traffic is merging
with your lane ahead, or vice versa.
