The collision above occured at a rural "Flying Y" intersection. The main road makes a left turn at the start of the intersection. Another road intersects in line with the main road, and has a stop sign. A car along the main road was traveling at an unsafe speed for the turn during a rain storm. The slick conditions, abrupt turn and possible confusion with the intersection contributed to the collision.
