Keep to the right half of the road except: When passing another vehicle on a two or three-lane street. When driving on a one-way street. When the right half of the road is blocked Don't drive on the left half of the road in the following instances: When in a "No Passing Zone" marked with paint markings and/or "No Passing" signs are present. When vision is limited by hills curves or obstructions. When your vehicle is within 100 feet of an intersection (including railroad crossings). When within 100 ft. of a bridge or tunnel. When there are two or more traffic lanes in each direction.
